Once you have a tracking number, visit the UPS My Choice® page, then select Sign Up. Once you create a user ID and password and provide your name and address, you’ll receive a verification email to complete the setup process.

How do I manage my delivery using UPS MY CHOICE®?

Log in  to UPS.com, then enter your tracking number and select Track. After that, follow the prompts for whichever feature you wish to use.

Do you offer Pickup Options?

For our local customers in Suffolk and Nassau counties we offer 19 Grab and Go Locations. Online orders are available for pickup starting the following Sunday from 9 - 5 pm at the pickup location of your choice. Please visit one of our locations if you need to pick up your meals before the shipping dates shown at checkout.

This is my favorite meal but every time I go to my closest HMD it is soldout which led to me having to place my order online to get all the meals I want.

Very dry and bland. You guys need new recipes. Also the meal I purchased at Gold’s Gym was expired.
