Refund policy

What is the cancellation policy?
The food is prepared fresh per your order.  Orders must be cancelled by Wednesdays at noon for full refund. If you get called out of town, you can ask the team to move your order to pick up or delivery the following weekend. If cancellation is past deadline customer is responsible for full payment.

Upcoming subscriptions must be cancelled prior to the next ordering cycle for a full refund.

Requests for a refund should be emailed to us at support@healthymealsdirect.com, and contain the order number. 

Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days.
