What does Local Delivery Cost?
Local Delivery Fees are a flat $20 fee to Nassau & Suffolk.

Is there an order minimum?
No there is no minimum order.

What does shipping cost?
All orders are shipped UPS Shipping starting at $20. Free UPS Shipping Over $199.

When will I know when my meals are coming?
We deliver to Nassau and Suffolk Counties each Sunday.  Our customer service team will send you a 3 hour delivery window a few days before your scheduled deliver. Delivery days may be changed due to delivery volume in your area, but you will be notified prior. Please provide a cell phone number so that you receive the text notification that our driver is on the way, as well as when the delivery is completed and picture of where your order was left. Delivery can be made if you are not home, however, we do recommend that the meals be put into the refrigerator as soon as possible. DELIVERY TIMES WILL VARY EACH WEEK AND CANNOT BE REQUESTED.

All areas outside of Suffolk and Nassau Counties are delivered the following Tuesday and can be tracked via the UPS website.

What if I am not home during my delivery time window for a local delivery?
We provide the 3 hour delivery window prior to the weekend. We encourage you to make arrangements to have someone accept your delivery as it's important to refrigerate your meals ASAP, as we do not provide a cooling element inside of the box. Please provide a cell phone number so that you receive the text notification that our driver is on the way, as well as when the delivery is completed and picture of where your order was left.

What area's do we currently deliver to?
We deliver to the contiguous 48 states

What time can I pick up my order and where?
Order pick up is Sunday at the selected location at time of your order. Please review your order confirmation to see which location you chose. If your meal package arrives at the store prior to Sunday, our team will let you know via text, email or phone call.


Order Pickup & Holding Policy 

All COD (Cash on Delivery) online orders placed for in-store pickup must be picked up or paid in full no later than 12:00pm on the Tuesday immediately following the order’s availability date noted on the order confirmation.

All prepaid online orders placed for in-store pickup must be picked up during the selected pickup window or within the holding period outlined below.

Holding Period

  • We will hold prepaid pickup orders for up to seven (7) business days from the original scheduled pickup date and store it in our freezer.
  • During this holding period, we will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer using the contact information provided at checkout.

Unclaimed Orders

  • If a prepaid order is not picked up within 7 business days, the order will be considered abandoned.
  • At that time, we reserve the right to break down, donate, discard, or otherwise dispose of the meals at our discretion.
  • Once an order has been broken down or disposed of, the meals will no longer be available for pickup.

Refunds & Chargebacks

  • No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for orders that are not picked up within the 7-business-day holding period.
  • By placing a prepaid order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that failure to pick up an order within the holding period forfeits any right to a refund, including disputes or chargebacks.
  • Chargeback disputes related to unclaimed or abandoned orders will be responded to using this policy as documentation.

Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to:
    • Pick up their order within the designated timeframe, and

    • Ensure that their contact information is accurate and up to date.

By placing a prepaid order for in store pickup, the customer understands that their order must be picked up within 7 business days of the scheduled pickup date and that unclaimed orders are non-refundable.
