For our local customers in Suffolk and Nassau counties we offer 19 Grab and Go Locations. Online orders are available for pickup starting the following Sunday from 9 - 5 pm at the pickup location of your choice. Please visit one of our locations if you need to pick up your meals before the shipping dates shown at checkout.
I love this meal. Very tasty and high protein. I order it every week now. These melas are so delicious & not just this one. As a pescatarian it’s hard to get meal prep services with such a variety of seafood meals to eat so this is def highly recommended. A must try!

Folks if you still cooking you an idiot - nuff said - these mills are more than satisfying very large portions and absolutely delicious - and you cannot beat the price period - I luv it - I will never cook again
