Can I send meals to my parents' house?
Yes. Put their address at checkout. We deliver locally on Long Island (check their ZIP in the cart) and ship by UPS to any US address.
Do they have to cook anything?
No. Vent one corner of the seal and microwave 1-2 minutes.
How long do the meals last?
2+ weeks in the fridge. Every meal has a best-by date.
When do orders close?
Sunday at midnight. Orders placed after that go to the following week.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription required. Order whenever they need more.
Can they use a gift card in your stores?
Yes. Our gift card works online and in our stores.
Bulk discounts apply to eligible meals on pickup and local delivery orders, not UPS. Value Meals and other "No Discount" items don't count toward them. Free first delivery: first order only, one-time purchase, $119+ after discounts. Otherwise local delivery is $20, and UPS ships free at $199+.
